On November 4, 2025, the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) proposed adding three reproductive toxic substances to the Authorization List (Annex 14) under the UK REACH regulation and launched a public consultation on the proposal. This marks the first addition of substances to the authorization list since the UK’s exit from the European Union (Brexit).
